That s probably one of the largest confiscations of marijuana in Adams County in recent history,” Eastern Adams Regional Police Chief Francis Staab said.Police said they identified the former renter as 31-year-old Andreas Garcia-Grajeda, of New Oxford, and took him into custody. He is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

There, they met a man who had bought the contents of one of the storage sheds at the business after the shed s previous renter did not pay his bill.
