Kitzbühel – Die Debatte über die illegalen Freizeitwohnsitze sei laut Liste-Fritz-Klubobfrau Andrea Haselwanter-Schneider und Liste-Fritz-Landtagsabgeordnetem Markus Sint sowie dem stellvertretenden Bezirkssprecher Harald Weidacher nicht mehr zu stoppen. Ein Erfolg, den sie sich an die Fahnen heften wollen.
„Die Situation im Bezirk Kitzbühel bleibt dramatisch. Es gibt nur vier Gemeinden, die unter der 8-%-Schwelle sind“, weiß Sint. Going, Hochfilzen und St. Johann sind knapp darunter, Fieberbrunn liegt bei 4,1 Prozent. Spitzenreiter bei den Freizeitwohnsitzen sind Westendorf (26 %), Reith bei Kitzbühel und Aurach mit jeweils 24 Prozent. Kitzbühel selbst liegt bei 18 Prozent. Sint: „Das sind aber nur die gemeldeten Freizeitwohnsitze. In Wirklichkeit liegen alle darüber. Auch wenn noch sozusagen sehr viele alte Freizeitwohnsitze dabei sind.“
