Tyson Smoothy s fairytale NRL debut set to unfold | Sunshine Coast Daily

Smoothy was originally named at number 21 on a seven-man bench but has been a late call-up to the Storm s season opener against the South Sydney Rabbitohs. It comes after a knee injury to star man Harry Grant who could be out until Round 5. Smoothy will provide cover for Brandon Smith who is starting rake. The call-up for Smoothy caps a fairytale chapter for the hooker who only joined the Storm late last year on a train and trial contract.
