SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian medical consumables producer Momina Krepost [BUL:MKR] said that its majority owner - Medical Consumables, has revised its buyout bid for the remaining 100,533 shares in the company, or 5.94% interest, it does not control. Medical Consumables is offering to pay 3.16 levs ($1.91/1.62 euro) per share, same as in the initial offer, Momina Krepost said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday. Last month, Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has temporarily suspended the publication of the buyout offer and asked for corrections.
