JCSO: Man burglarizes Southwest Plaza JCPenney store, fills suitcases with stolen merchandise

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. â The JCPenney store in the Southwest Plaza Mall was targeted by a burglar who used suitcases to haul away stolen merchandise, according to the Jefferson County Sheriffâs Office.
Mario Kaiser is accused in the overnight burglary and was arrested by deputies in the area near the mall shortly after they arrived.
Deputies responded to the retail store for an alarm in the early morning hours Wednesday. When deputies entered the store, they observed numerous luggage type bags filled with merchandise from the store, the sheriffâs office tweeted.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) CBS2 has been hearing from small, independent landlords who say tenants are taking advantage of the eviction moratorium.
CBS2’s Natalie Duddridge spoke with one couple in Brooklyn who said despite an assault charge, they can’t kick their tenants out.
Video shows tenant Edgardo Moreno covering up a surveillance camera at his home in Bushwick. Other times he can be seen giving the camera the middle finger.
Moreno lives downstairs, and the landlords live upstairs.
