The lawsuit was filed Tuesday. The plaintiffs are Bayong Brown Bayong, a refugee from Cameroon, and Ahmed Adem, a refugee from Somalia. Bayong claims his bottom teeth were knocked out after a corrections officer pushed him down a flight of stairs.
