James A. White has joined
Marathon Real Estate as principal. In his new role at Marathon, White, a 16-year local real estate veteran, will represent clients in Baltimore and throughout suburban Maryland and assist with commercial and residential sales, leasing and development consulting.
As consultant or partner, White has worked on the assemblage, development, construction, leasing and management of more than 1.8 million square feet of retail and office projects comprising development of approximately 500 acres of raw land.
Before joining Marathon Real Estate, White was principal at JAW Management, which he founded. Prior to that, he was principal at James A. White Commercial, a real estate & business brokerage established in 2014. Early in his career, White held various positions with NAI Michael, including a development associate, sales and leasing associate and director of government real estate.
