Nannup bushfire downgraded to advice after firefighters battle blaze for 12 hours

A bushfire in the shires of Nannup and Bridgetown-Greenbushes that tore through more than 80 hectares of land on Thursday morning has been brought under control.
An alert for the area by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services was downgraded to an advice just before 2.45pm on Thursday after firefighters battled the flames for more than 12 hours.
The blaze is now under control.
