KARACHI: Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, presiding over the meeting of provincial task force on coronavirus, on Sunday allowed shopkeepers to continue their business activities from 5am to 8pm and also allowed restaurants to resume outdoor dining service till midnight from Monday (today) with strict standard operating procedures.
The meeting was told that the ratio of Covid-19 positive cases in Karachi had come down from 12.45 per cent on June 1 to 8.25pc on June 5. But it was observed that the death rate was still 1.6pc.
