Launch of Placing via Accelerated Bookbuild Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announces its intention to raise gross proceeds of £10.0 million by means of a placing to institutional investors (the Placing ), of new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company (the Placing Shares ), at a price of no less than 105.0 pence per share ( Issue Price ). The minimum Issue Price is at a discount of approximately 13.9 per cent. to the mid-market closing price of an existing ordinary share of 122.0 pence on 20 January 2021, the last practicable date prior to the date of this Announcement.
