Manitowoc Herald Times Reporter WHITELAW - A 65-year-old Manitowoc man has been arrested on suspicion of his fourth OWI after a single-vehicle rollover crash Sunday night on County JJ near Whitelaw. A news release from Wisconsin Department of Transportation said a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper responded to the crash at around 10 p.m. Sunday and the driver, Wayne A. Martin, said he was under the influence of alcohol. The release said Martin was taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries sustained during the crash. Martin was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense OWI, failure to install an ignition interlock device, operating after revocation criminal, failure to fasten seatbelt and failure to control vehicle.
