MANITOWOC - Since the May 17 fatal shooting of Malachi M.A. Moore, 17, inside a Two Rivers home, one person has been arrested on suspicion of shooting Moore and three others have been charged with felonies related to the incident.
Joshua I. Walcott, 19, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in Moore’s death and is being held in Manitowoc County Jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
Walcott had his first court appearance Monday, and the Herald Times Reporter obtained the criminal complaint in his case Tuesday to find out more about the incident. Here s what we learned.

A Manitowoc man is arrested in connection with a shooting death in Two Rivers. 21-year-old Joshua Walcott is now in the Manitowoc County Jail awaiting formal charges in the death of a 17-year-old man late Monday evening. Two Rivers Police were dispatched to 1809 28th Street just before midnight after reports of a disturbance and shots fired. Police arrived, found the victim and performed life-saving measures without success. Police say they also have several other persons of interest in custody on charges related to this case.
TWO RIVERS – Police arrested a 31-year-old Manitowoc man Saturday on suspicion of selling drugs after finding more than 25 grams of methamphetamine in a motel room.
Officers watched an eastside motel after getting reports that drugs were being sold from one of the rooms, according to Two Rivers police.
Officials said the man who rented the room left around 9:40 p.m. in a vehicle, and officers stopped him. Officers found drugs, cash, drug paraphernalia and packaging materials in the vehicle and motel room.
Officials said the man was arrested and taken to Manitowoc County Jail, where a body scan revealed he hid another bag of meth.

REEDSVILLE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) â A Reedsville man has been arrested following a double stabbing Sunday that left two injured.
The Manitowoc County Sheriffâs Office says 27-year-old Jesus Sanchez-Delgadillo of Reedsville was arrested after he reportedly stabbed a 25-year-old Brillion man and a 26-year-old woman from Reedsville.
The incident happened Sunday afternoon just before 3 p.m. at the 500 block of Menasha Street in Reedsville.
According to authorities, Sanchez-Delgadillo allegedly stabbed the Brillion man three times and the woman once with a pocket knife after growing upset.
Both victims were taken to a local hospital to treat their stab wounds and were listed in stable condition.
