Troopers: Driver Dies After Being Struck By An 18-Wheeler In York County

Troopers say the collision occurred around 2 p.m. on U.S. Highway 21 at Hall Spencer Road.
A truck driver, 70-year-old Bobby Hill, was heading north on U.S. Highway 21 when a driver of a Honda sedan, heading west on Hall Spencer Road, failed to yield at a stop sign while turning onto the highway and was struck by the truck, according to a news release.
The driver of the Honda died at the scene and the front right passenger was taken to a local hospital with injuries.

Suddenly the crowd, including Spencer, then rushes further forward into the building and begins repeatedly chanting, Whose house? Our house! and Stop the steal!
