The Bathurst Arms in North Cerney creates circus themed outdoor venue

The Bathurst Arms in North Cerney have converted a 24ft tipi into a circus themed dining space. The Cotswold pub, which was awarded five prestigious stars for a 95 per cent organic menu by the Soil Association Certification has created the outdoor venue to comply with the regulations set that they, like all pubs, cafes and restaurants may reopen today in the latest of the Covid lockdown easing measures. Several model zebras, a toy panther and various items, inspired by local show, Giffords Circus, amongst others adorn the tipi. The idea was that of Bathurst customer and North Cerney villager, Fran Robbins.
