Alphabet (GB) has been awarded the 2021 UK Top Employer Certification for the eighth consecutive year.
The award is presented to employers who demonstrate excellence in employee conditions, develop talent at all levels and strive to continuously enhance their employment strategy, through progressive, ‘people-first’ HR practices.
The Top Employers Institute assessed Alphabet’s approach in HR strategy and people management and as a result, awarded Alphabet the Top Employer UK 2021 Certification.
The Top Employers Institute assesses participants through a global HR Best Practices Survey and organisations must successfully achieve required standards in a number of key areas in order to be certified.
Awarded by Top Employers Institute, this marks the second year that Boehringer Ingelheim was collectively recognized for its outstanding people practices across Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam, amid a challenging year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
