Spiral celebrates Japanese Spring Festival
SOFITEL Philippine Plaza’s Spiral welcomes the bloom of Spring in the Land of the Rising Sun with a series of gastronomic engagements that will immerse connoisseurs in the rich history and traditions of Japanese cuisine. Throughout March, Spiral features Japanese master chef Masahiro Mizumoto as he prepares bespoke menus for an exclusive sake dinner, sake and cheese masterclass, and Japanese cooking class. Mr. Mizumoto brings more than 35 years of culinary experience which he gained from working in Japanese fine dining restaurants in his hometown Fukuoka. Ballantine’s has unveiled Ballantine’s Light, its first ‘light’ expression and lower-ABV spirit drink with half the alcohol but the great depth of flavour that has made Ballantine’s the No.1 Scotch in Europe.
Launching exclusively in Spain from January 2021, Ballantine’s Light is a 20% ABV spirit drink for the growing number of spirit drinkers who want to cut down their alcohol consumption and drink more mindfully, without missing out on the social enjoyment of a drink shared with others[1].
