We have written about many hidden cafes in Singapore found at more obscure places, but this is another found right within a mall. 55 Degree Celsius is located right at Level 1 of Harbourfront Centre, though there is not much social media buzz about it. (This is not to be confused with Degree Celsius at Penang Road.) While next door mall VivoCity enjoys a healthy flow of human traffic, the shops at Harbourfront Centre seemed comparatively quieter. The café opens from 8am in the morning – great for the working crowd in the vicinity, and offers a variety of specialty coffee which are sourced from Sarnies and Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee.
