Craftsmen Specialty Coffee is no stranger to many cafe lovers, with multiple outlets in Singapore such as Clarke Quay Central, Holland Village, Mohd Sultan, Siglap V, Novena and Eastwood Centre. The folks behind Craftsmen has opened a new concept PRAIRIE by Craftsmen at Cluny Court, next to Botanic Gardens Exit A and can be accessed via the basement carpark entrance. The word “Prairie” refers to a type of habitat mostly occupied by grasses and flowering plants with occasional shrubs and trees. Here, you will walk past a mini stretch of bamboo “forest” before reaching a huge courtyard with a total of 40 seats outside.
