Update, 6:30 p.m.: 44-year-old David McCullough of Cumberland City, and 30-year-old Rasha Hall of McEwen, Tennessee died in the accident, according to the preliminary accident report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
A 10-year-old that was in the car with Hall was transported to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. Their condition is unknown.
McCullough, in a 2001 Red Ford F-150, was traveling east on Highway 149, and Hall, in a 2020 Blue Chevrolet Spark, was traveling west according to THP.
The F-150 crossed the center line into the Spark’s lane of travel, and the vehicles collided head-on.
