Homes for sale at The Villas at Brookstone are quickly prompting offers with one home remaining on the market.
The Prattville subdivision sits on the west side of McQueen Smith Road just south of Glynwood Baptist Church, and across McQueen Smith from the Highland Ridge development.
“This smaller neighborhood consists of only two streets with cul-de-sacs at each end,” Realtor Robin Davies said. “The homes are all well-kept. As you can see driving through that the neighborhood takes pride in the maintenance of the yards and the homes. You frequently see people out walking with family, pets and children playing.”
Highland Ridge a growing development in east Prattville

Highland Ridge sits between the two main arteries into Prattville, Cobbs Ford Road and Highway 14.
The development has steadily grown since construction first started in the neighborhood more than two decades ago. Highland’s location in east Prattville, amenities, closeness to an elementary school, and easy commute to downtown Montgomery and Maxwell Air Force Base have all helped drive the demand for more housing.
“Highland Ridge is an established neighborhood conveniently located to Prattville shopping, schools, downtown and Maxwell AFB,” Realtor Jason Button said. “The neighborhood HOA just rebuilt the community pool. The HOA is active and working to maintain the look and appeal of the neighborhood.”
Crestview Heights offers prime location in Prattville

Crestview Heights includes a mix of older homes, and properties which have been renovated to take advantage of the prime location and real estate market.
Prattville’s Crestview Heights is bounded by Highway 14, Memorial Drive, East Main Street and the adjoining Woodland Heights and Meadowbrook neighborhoods.
“Crestview Heights is conveniently located,” EXIT Realty Preferred Realtor Susanne Zimbelman said, adding that homes were built in a time frame from about 1950 to the late 1960s.
Some neighborhood homes have been updated while other homeowners, showing their fondness of the location, have enclosed carports or expanded their living space with additions.
