View Comments Sattler was headed southbound on State Route 101 at milepost 45 in a gray Toyota pickup truck when it struck Edgerton s Harley Davidson motorcycle at about 12:30 a.m., according to court documents.  After striking the motorcycle, the pickup truck continued south on State Route 101 and exited on the McDonald Drive exit. Police eventually found the truck and Sattler at a 7-Eleven convenience store, according to court documents. Police made contact with Sattler in the parking lot, where he admitted to driving the truck on Loop 101 and said he struck an unknown object while changing lanes. Sattler told police he stopped the vehicle in the gore point of the McDonald Road off-ramp, according to court documents.

Saskatoon City Council votes to rename street; Councillor ready to talk about new name The Saskatoon city councilor who brought forward the motion to rename John A McDonald Road in the city is ready to get to work. Ward three councilor David Kirton said he was pleased council voted unanimously to make the change. He explained there is still work to be done when it comes to engaging the public. “There’s going to be a huge engagement effort on this to rename this particular stretch of road in Saskatoon and that engagement’s going to involve survivors, elders, survivors circle, but also residents,” he said.
