The plan includes all capital projects and programs, maintenance and operations activities, planning initiatives, and administrative functions. This plan contains 2,180 work items with a total value of $2.71 billion. The following projects are scheduled for Lincoln County for 2021.  In Wiscasset, there are two projects for Wiscasset Municipal Airport. An aviation, runway/taxiway, reconstruction project is for safety and infrastructure improvements which include acquisition for snow removal equipment. Estimated project cost is $361,000. An airport general equipment purchase and aviation, runway taxi, and reconstruction project provides safety and infrastructure improvements.
