Porsche driver was caught drink-driving on Herefordshire main road

Alasdair McKenzie Fisher admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford. The court heard Fisher had been caught behind the wheel of a grey Porsche 911 on the A480 at Credenhill on December 11. An evidential breath test revealed the 34-year-old had 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fisher, of Red Norman Rise, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £867. He must also pay costs of £135 and an £87 victim surcharge.
