Renfrewshire library delivery service is a best seller

Renfrewshire Leisure’s Digital and Library Development Manager, Joyce Higgins ALMOST 200 people have signed up to a library delivery service to get them through the lockdown days. Since launching the scheme last month, Renfrewshire Libraries have made over 100 deliveries of books to those over the age of 70, people with disabilities and families with children. The hard-working staff have been praised for their innovative new service. Staff at Renfrewshire Libraries have been praised for launching the service. They can also suggest and recomment new books depending on readers interests and preferences. One avid book reader from Johnstone described the staff as “life savers in libraries”.
