Synopsis The state govt has said that PSU’s Private Banks, NBFC’s, Insurance, Mediclaim companies other central and state government offices will have to work at 15% capacity or have not more than 5 employees whichever is more at their offices. The state has however said that it would permit higher staff in state and central government offices provided the head of the department submits a request to the CEO of the Maharashtra State Disaster Management Authority. The Maharashtra government on Wednesday issued a notification late at night making more restrictions for the state. The new restrictions allow only 15% of total staff in government offices, this includes, both central and state government as well as municipal. The state has however said that it would permit higher staff in state and central government offices provided the head of the department submits a request to the Chief Executive of the Maharashtra State Disaster Management Authority.
