Starting Saturday, April 3, Quinte West City Hall and the Frankford Municipal office will be closed to the public. Residents are encouraged to visit quintewest.ca for information about online payment options. City business will be available by email and telephone. If you must pay by cash or cheque, there are drop boxes available at City Hall and the Frankford Municipal Office.
