We all love a good serial killer documentary right? At least I do. So when Netflix’s new documentary Sons Of Sam released recently, I was all over it. The series highlights the Son of Sam killer David Berkowitz, a killer who slayed 7 victims in a years time. The piece dives into the conspiracy theory that Berkowitz didn’t act alone, in fact, that he was part of a Satanic cult that coerced him into it.
Without giving too much away, I can tell you that there is STRONG evidence that proves there was more than one killer. The one that circulates the most attention, is John Carr who, after the crimes, conveniently started a new life. A new life, in North Dakota.

Lake District
The crew based themselves in Keswick, at the rugby club.
Executive producer Jeremy Gwilt said: “This time we have the Lake District, which is a great place to set a story like this. It’s achingly beautiful and yet it’s a wild and unpredictable landscape.”
Some scenes were also filmed at Crummock Water, between Buttermere and Loweswater, and Derwent Water.
