The buyer was 98 Ravenna Investments LLC, which is associated with Rae Anne Rushing, the CEO and co-founder of Rushing Engineering. That firm now leases space in the McHugh Building, a steps to the east on Westlake Avenue North. Public records indicate a loan from Columbia State Bank.
