The court will be hearing the matter again on December 22, but BPF general secretary, Prabin Boro, said, “BPF has decided that it will sit in the opposition and will take part in the council as an active opposition in the greater interest of the people of Bodoland Territorial Region.”

The court heard us as well as the government advocate and has ordered status quo. The next date of hearing is on December 22,” Mohilary’s counsel said. The case was heard by Justice Suman Shyam.
