A representative for DeGeneres could not be immediately reached for comment on Raphaelle Bardet s Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, which also names as defendants Wad Productions Inc. and A Very Good Production. She seeks unspecified damages in the proposed class-action suit filed Friday.
