It’s said Earth Day is marked by more than a billion people every year as a day of action to change human behavior and create global, national and local policy change.
“People go to Kroger and there’s bread on the shelves, they don’t realize there’s bread on the shelves because the climate allows us to grow the grain that we use to make that bread,” Texas A&M Professor Andrew Dessler said, “If the climate changes a lot, a lot of the things we take for granted, might not be there.”
