About Michael
I grew up playing ice hockey on Long Island until about the age of 16. I started playing golf then, and went on to finish high school at the International Junior Golf Academy in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. From there, I graduated from the Professional Golf Management Program at Coastal Carolina University in 2011, receiving a Bachelor s Degree in Business Management and my Class A PGA Membership.
After college, I stayed in Myrtle Beach to pursue coaching and playing the Hooters Pro Golf Tour. From there, I moved back to New York in 2015 to pursue coaching full time, teaching at two local driving ranges and became an Assistant Golf Professional at Hempstead Golf & Country Club. I qualified for 3 National Assistants Championships and 1 National Club Pro Championship during my time there, and became certified in Teaching & Coaching in 2017.
