Eiza Gonzalez to play Mexican film icon Maria Felix in biopic

I Care A Lot actress Eiza Gonzalez is set to portray Mexican film icon Maria Felix in a biopic from director Matthew Heineman (
Cartel Land,
A Private War).
In addition to starring, Gonzalez will also produce the film, which will explore Felix’s journey to becoming one of Mexico’s most successful and beloved stars of all time with roles in 47 movies throughout a career which saw her described as “the most beautiful face in the history of Mexican cinema”.
