Published July 5, 2021, 9:47 AM DAVAO CITY – Former Defense Secretary Gilbert ‘Gibo’ Teodoro clarified that he just came to the city to support the immunization program of the government against COVID-19 and not for politics. In an interview, Teodoro said he just accepted the invitation of Presidential Daughter Mayor Sara Z. Duterte to encourage many people to be inoculated with COVID-19 vaccine. “There’s a time for politics, but not this time right now. I’m coming here to support the public vaccination program of the government, particularly the City Government of Davao,” he said. Teodoro said it is still early to talk about politics when the government is still battling against the COVID-19 pandemic.
