A childrenswear brand with a store in Newark has bought out an online baby business.
The Pud store, with a shop in St Markâs Place, has acquired the leading online nursery retailer Precious Little One.
The buy-out includes a transition of all of Precious Little Oneâs stock, websites, customer databases and other assets.

It comes a month after the brand went into administration, despite making £15m in 2020.
The Pud Store was founded by The Apprenticeâs Frances Bishop in 2015.
