For nearly two decades I have been working as a health practitioner on the reactive side of healthcare, in nursing homes, in hospitals and in the community. As a preventative cardiology specialist I have witnessed the mental, physical, emotional and financial suffering people face through conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and heart disease, so I am now determined to help people take proactive steps to transform their lifestyle.
