MakerSights, a San Francisco, CA-based retail technology company, raised $25m in Series B funding.
The round, which brought funding to a total of $37m over the past five years, was led by new investors G2 Venture Partners, with participation from new investors Golub Capital and Gaingels, and existing investors Forerunner Ventures and Baseline Ventures and a number of prominent retail technology executives, including Brett Hurt and Brant Barton, the founders of BazaarVoice, Jared Schrieber and Jon Brelig, the founders of InfoScout, and Elizabeth Spaulding, the CEO of Stitch Fix.
The company intends to use the funds to:
integrate its consumer analytics capabilities into the workflows of its brand partners,
