28th Annual Tinsel & Treasures Returns To Lafayette This Fall
Tinsel & Treasures is back! Join the Junior League of Lafayette as they kick off the holiday season with their holiday market held at the Cajundome Convention Center. Tinsel & Treasures will take place from Wednesday, September 22 to Sunday, September 25, 2021. All proceeds that are raised help the Junior League of Lafayette continue its mission of improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Thursday, September 23, 2021, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m., strollers permitted from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. ONLY. Strollers will NOT be permitted at any other time during the remainder of market hours.

The Preview Party is invading the Rotunda in the MOA and will run from 11 am to 5 pm on July 25th. Guests will be transported back in time to experience the sights and sounds of a 16th century European village.
The Rotunda will be full of magicians, musicians, and dancers. Visitors can also expect to participate in interactive activities, such as arts and crafts and photo opportunities with characters.
After 49 years of medieval celebrations, the Minnesota Renaissance Festival is ready to commemorate its fiftieth anniversary.
The festival runs Saturdays and Sundays (with the exception of Labor Day and Festival Friday) from August 21st to October 3rd. Festival Friday is October 1st this year.
