A Mission Beach apartment building has been sold for nearly $4.3 million.
Premium Asset Management Services, LLC bought the building at 3261Ocean Front Walk from George Kung and Jean Cheng.
Joe Burrough of Palma Commercial represented the buyer.
Jasmine Kung of Shoreline Properties Group represented the seller.
The complex has two two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and two three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
The building has four off-street parking spaces.
