Princeton Health Community Wellness: Virtual Classes in May May 06, 2021
Penn Medicine Princeton Health will be holding the following classes virtually where you can participate from the comfort and safety of your home.
Registered participants will receive a link to view the class and can access the live stream via computer or mobile device.
Below is a list of our latest virtual classes.

This slow-paced class includes breathwork, stretching, and seated postures which will help to improve flexibility and reduce stress. A gentle flow, balancing, and a cool down are also incorporated into the class. This is ideal for those new to yoga and those who desire a relaxed practice of yoga.

This gentle form of yoga incorporates standard yoga poses while sitting on or standing next to a chair. This class is an adaptation of a standard yoga class and will improve flexibility, concentration, and strength while reducing stress and joint strain.

Traffic accidents claimed the lives of three pedestrians and injured 78 people in Princeton between 2015 and 2019 – but if the Vision Zero Task Force has its way, pedestrian deaths and serious injuries will be a thing of the past.
The Princeton Council has authorized the creation of the Vision Zero Task Force, which aims to present a set of specific improvements to roadway design standards, traffic signal policies, street lighting policies and enforcement activities by the end of this year.

French American School Princeton (FASP) is accepting enrollment.
