Titus has more than 15 years of unparalleled industry knowledge and experience, having held various front-of-house, back-of-house and managerial positions. After graduating from Eastern Illinois University, Titus began her hospitality career at the Hard Rock Hotel Universal Orlando where she worked her way up the ranks from a front desk agent to assistant guest services manager. Longing to be back in the Windy City, Sarah took her talents to Hard Rock Hotel Chicago, where she then expanded her portfolio by working with brands including Marriott, Hilton and Preferred Hotel Group before joining the Hyatt family.
