Lucile Fay (Secora) Courtnage Wednesday, June 9, 2021 Lucile Fay (Secora) Courtnage, 92, of Big Sandy, passed away of complications of Parkinson’s on June 4, 2021. Lucy was born in Circle, Montana on June 21, 1928, to John and Gunda (Kleppe) Secora. The family then moved to Big Sandy where she received her education. She was crowned Prom Queen the year she graduated from Big Sandy High School in 1946. After high school, she worked at Smith’s Meats and Groceries. In 1953, Lucy enlisted in the U.S. Navy, and after her honorable medical discharge, she began working for the U.S. Postal Service, where she remained for 35 years, finishing her career as U.S. Postmaster in Loma, Montana.
