BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) A former Vermont community corrections officer has been sentenced after pleading no contest to charges of sexual exploitation of an inmate and prohibited acts. Joshua Russ, who worked for the Brattleboro Probation and Parole, was sentenced Tuesday and will serve up to four years, the Brattleboro Reformer reported. Vermont Department of Corrections Commissioner James Baker said in a statement Wednesday that such behavior.
