Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health has been serving and improving the health and quality of life of rural residents for more than 10 years and is now launching Huronâs first Connectedness Coaching program.
Research has shown that social isolation and loneliness can have negative impacts on individualsâ mental health and well-being.
