A patient in their 20s is among the latest to die after testing positive for Covid-19 in the city.
The patient was one of the latest coronavirus-related deaths recorded by local hospitals.
There have been 56 people die while being cared for by University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL) in the last week, while another two patients passed away at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) hospitals.
