A takeaway owner has been banned from serving after using unclean equipment.
Environmental health officers visited Bodrum takeaway in Aswell Street, Louth and discovered a range of breaches of hygiene regulations.
The owner of the takeaway was fined and ordered to pay costs totalling over £2,000.
Ibrahim Cinalp was banned from managing a food business after admitting to a number of food hygiene offences at court.

The body of a missing man from Grimsby was found after an incident on Wednesday, but his death is not being treated as suspicious, police said.
Humberside Police issued a missing person’s appeal for 51-year-old Robert Allison earlier this week, who was last seen on Torrington Street at around 5.25pm on Tuesday, March 2.
The force said on Thursday, March 4: “Thank you to those who shared our missing persons appeal in relation to Robert Allison.
“Sadly, following an incident yesterday (Wednesday), a man was found deceased and identified as 51-year-old Grimsby man Robert Allison.

A man has been sent for sentence at Lincoln Crown Court after he admitted possessing and supplying drugs, when he appeared at Boston Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Ross Steven James Anderson, 29, of Britannia Gardens, Spalding, admitted offences of supplying crack cocaine and diamorphine between June 19 and September 19 at Boston as well as possessing similar drugs with intent to supply on September 18.
The magistrates sent him for sentence on a date to be arranged and ordered a pre sentence report.
