LISBON A Feb. 1 preliminary and pretrial were set in county Municipal Court for Ryan Matthew Hoschar, 24, Boston Street, Washingtonville, charged with two counts of violating a protection order, a third-degree felony; burglary, a third-degree felony, and a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia for a cut straw and a bottle cap with narcotics residue allegedly found in his clothing when New Waterford police responded to the home of Carly Williams and a child, who both had a protection order against him on Thursday. Hoschar had reportedly entered the home without her permission and then fled on foot.
A March 9 pretrial was set for Joseph McCallister, 39, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with wrongful entrustment and three counts of endangering children for allegedly allowing a 12-year-old girl to drive his vehicle on Depot Road with another 12-year-old girl riding in the vehicle on Jan. 6.
