Boston Calling returns in 2022 after a two-year hiatus with Foo Fighters and Rage Against The Machine as headliners. The three-day festival will be held at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Boston May 27 – 29, 2022.
Foo Fighters and Rage Against The Machine will be among more than 60 acts, including another headliner, that will play Boston Calling next Memorial Day Weekend. The rest of the lineup will be revealed in the months to come. Both Foo Fighters and Rage were set to headline Boston Calling 2020 before the festival was canceled due to the pandemic. Organizers announced the decision to cancel Boston Calling 2021 back in February.

“We couldn’t be happier to return in 2022 and deliver a full-scale festival with two of the world’s most celebrated rock bands as our headliners. We’ve spent the past year working on a festival that our fans can really look forward to, and we’re so excited to share more news and surprises as we get into next year,” said Boston Calling Events, LLC (BCE), co-founder and chief executive officer Brian Appel.
