Case filed in Nashik oxygen leak tragedy
Nashik, Apr 23 (UNI) A case of culpable homicide was filed here on Friday against an unidentified accused in connection with the Dr. Zakir Hussain Hospital oxygen leak mishap.
Taking serious note of the incident, city police chief Deepak Pandey asked senior police inspector Sajan Sonawane of the Bhadrakali police station to file a complaint as an eyewitness.
Subsequently, the case was filed under the IPC section 304(A). Assistant Commissioner of Police Deepali Khanna will probe the incident which claimed 24 lives.
