Police have arrested the chief intelligence officer of Carmen Municipal Police Station in Cebu when he allegedly demanded money in exchange for the release of a motorcycle earlier seized in a local operation.
Police Master Executive Master Sergeant Julius Obañana was arrested after receiving the marked money during an entrapment in Carmen, Cebu on Friday, March 12. Nabbed was Police Executive Master Sgt. Julius Obañana, assigned as the chief police intelligence officer of Carmen town. He was arrested at around 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 12.
